About

Why Cogcell exists.

I sat through the same mandatory training every year. Same slides, same quiz, and no difference in how anyone actually worked the next day. I kept thinking: there has to be a better way. That's where Cogcell was born.

Over six years working in Canada, across Finance, Manufacturing, Education, Health & Safety, Commercial, Sales, and Cybersecurity, I watched every sector modernize except one thing: the way we train people. Tools advanced; learning stayed one-size-fits-all.

I'm passionate about fixing the pain points everyone feels but nobody solves. Cogcell is my answer: an innovative, longitudinal way to learn and upskill a workforce as it grows, so training finally changes what people can do.
